2024 Members-Only Meet-and-Greet at Longshots Shooting & Social
The OGMA Board of Directors is pleased to announce that the association will hold its inaugural members-only meet-and-greet at Longshots Shooting & Social in Vaughan, Ontario, on March 27, 2024. This event is open to employees of OGMA member companies in good standing. The first three registrations per member company are FREE! The deadline to register is March 20, 2024. Space is limited. Nominations for the 2024 Awards for Excellence Are Now Open
The Board of Directors of the Ontario Glass and Metal Association is pleased to announce that nominations are now being accepted for the 2024 Awards for Excellence. There are two awards, one for Excellence in Architectural Glass & Metal Design and one for Excellence in Architectural Glass & Metal Execution. The awards recognize outstanding work in glass and metal construction in Ontario. Any OGMA member and/or Ontario Architect Association architect is eligible to win an award for a project completed in Ontario in the past year.

2023 OGMA/AGMCA Fall Bursary Award
The Fall 2023 OGMA/AGMCA education bursary was awarded to Jason Szabo, a glazing apprentice at the Ontario Industrial and Finishing Skills Centre. His instructors, James Clifford and Mike Pentz, selected Szabo for the $1,000 award, citing his positive attitude, willingness to help other students, and 93.81 grade average in the advanced class.
